  Me and my coworker made a order online for uber pickup got half my food but how can you miss a whole 10 wings called store 7 times before someone answers the phone talked to the manager to see if she can send my wings but once I asked if they going to pay for uber she said all they can do is give me a refund back but it will take 5 to 7 business days that’s horrible cause I paid up front and didn’t wait 5 to7 business days to pay for my food

  Very disappointing. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal instead of the 3 piece, which is what I eat, so I could try their new chamoy flavor. Got to work excited to try it only to open and see they gave me 2 PLAIN tenders.

  I’ve ordered from this location many times before and I’ve never had such a massive mess up happen to me until a week ago. I like this location, I don’t see myself not ordering from here after this, but I really hope you guys get more competent staff. I ordered through UberEats, went to go pick up my order several minutes after UberEats told me it was ready for pickup. I arrived at the location and told the cashier boy (didn’t get his name) my name and showed him my phone the UberEats order. He went to look at the bags for my name and came back telling me that my order was still being made. Waited nearly 10 minutes seeing people that got there after us get their order before us before I went up to the cashier guy and asked him about the status of my order. He told me some bs about how another Barbara came in and got my order, blah blah basically it was their fault for not checking and ensuring that the person receiving my order was me. The location does seem understaffed, so I understand that a long day and stress can result in a slip-up. I would have totally been fine with that but after waiting 35 more minutes, the cashier guy finally gave me my bags and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for letting somebody completely different rob my order. And call me greedy, but I wish he put in some free items too for the awful mess up. If I were him, I would have felt so guilty for fumbling an order that badly. Again, I like this location but it could really use more competent staff.

  Worst Wingstop in the area. Make the drive to ones a few more miles out. Inconsistent, bad customer service. Went for Chamoy, got oil and crushed dreams.

  This location( Irving- belt line )is closer to my house but I will rather go somewhere else next time. I don't come often to Wingstop that's why I was curious about the price difference but instead of a solution to my problem I was ignored... 1st. The employee didn't Try to resolve my problem 2nd. It wasn't that busy for someone not to help me 3rd they need to have more customer service.
