Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JMjennifer maycheckAug 6, 20261.0I just had surgery and all I wanted was a whataburger and onion rings, it is not that hard to give someone what they ordered. Oh and the fries I got instead of the onion rings were cold and I couldnt even eat them!! My husband picked up our food and had to go home and get his overnight things to stay with me as he did not have time last night so he could not go back and have yall fix it!! DO BETTER, AS I STATED IN THE BEGINNING IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO LOOK AT A SCREEN AND PUT THE CORRECT FOOD IN THE BAG. ALSO HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE!!!
- LLLyndaAug 4, 20265.0Thank you to Whataburger and Juan for a nice breakfast this morning. Juan took my order, delivered my food to my table and even cleared my tray after I’d eaten! Pleasant and so helpful. The restaurant was busy and an employee was cleaning the floor, the tables, the counter and the drink area. This restaurant was spotless and I know why! Great visit and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly!

- BPBryan PredmoreJul 25, 20261.0Absolute mess, disorganized, slowest "fast food" place I've ever witnessed. A mobile order took 40 min to get. The drive through line processed 3 vehicles in that time. I actually backed out of the drive through line and went inside to get the order. No napkins in the bag or dispenser so I asked if they had any napkins. 2 people looked at me when I asked, no one responded. A server grabbed a handful of napkins and put them in a bag for someone's to go order and ignored my question. I looked around the edge of the counter and grabbed the one napkin sitting on a tray only for someone to then say "next time axe me for something, don't just walk behind my counter". Horrible customer service and will certainly never go here again.

She was the first person to greet me with genuine enthusiasm, introduce herself by name, and make me feel like she was happy to help. Her cheerful, positive attitude was so refreshing. I even told her I wish everyone I spoke to had her upbeat, can-do energy. It's amazing how much great customer service can brighten your day. And honestly... her positivity made my Breakfast Burger taste even better! 😂 Jasmine is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. I hope Whataburger recognizes what an asset she is because employees like her keep customers coming back. You go Jasmine! 💕🥳
