  I've read a few reviews about the manager and the drive thru and it's 100% accurate. They make you come inside no matter how slow or busy they are. They are rude about it if you ask them why as well. Even after that they get the order wrong. What's the point of order via the drive thru if you gotta go in anyway? The manager always says "big order, big order" and the staff admits it's because of the drive thru timer. Manager is shady, rude, and still messes up the order. You can't be all 3.

  I've been to this location a few times now and I place my order from the app for drive thru pick up. Every time I'm told to come inside immediately by the person at the window. They tell me it's for the timer. The first few times it was ok but what do y'all think a drive thru is for?? I obviously want to stay in the car, otherwise I would place the order for in-store pick up. Even when I go inside, the order is still missing items or missing ingredients. The last time I asked the manager, who was very rude about this situation. She said it's because of a "big order". I told her this happens every time. Then she admitted "yeah it's because of the timer so we have people come in." Again, do you know how a drive thru works?

  Some of the tables weren't that clean. We had to look at multiple tables until we found a clean one. The food and service was good though.

  Explain to me, why I’m asked to keep driving away from the window, 10 seconds into receiving my food cuz of a timer of some sorts? There were no cars behind me or at the drive thru speaker area. It was the same lady that seemed to boss a nice attendant around explaining how water cups work.. since I have a car that captures video from all angles, I can provide if needed.

  Literally the worst location! The drive-thru staff always tells us to come inside & pick up the order even if there’s no other cars just to improve their speed metrics/timer. Why are customers forced to come inside to pick up the food just because you want to impress your superiors? It’s called a drive-thru for a reason and not in-store pick-up!
