  I placed an online order at this location and I got a message saying that the payment could not be processed. I tried a second time and got the same message. Then I see that I have been charged twice for the order. When I went to go pick up at least 1 of the orders (I take accountability for there being 2 orders in my name) the store was locked up and the "OPEN" sign was off. So I waited for about 30 minutes for there to be some sort of update but there is still nobody here and I can't get these charges canceled. Subway doesn't have a number that gets you to an agent, just their Beta AI assistant on their website. I have filed a couple complaints through there and keep getting a "You will receive and email shortly" and haven't gotten anything in my inbox or junk/spam folder. This needs to be corrected immediately since I just spent $50 on food that apparently isn't going to be made since the store is locked and unavailable for customers to come in.

  The place is closed at 10:36AM on a Friday while the online business hours and the front door sign says it’s supposed to be open at 9:00AM.

  I tried calling to no avail. The food we got was absolutely trash. I got a salad with extra chicken it literally had 5 pieces in it and the bowl was half empty. My coworker got baja chicken wrap and it was almost empty as well. We go here at least 3 times a week but will go to the one on reagent blvd from now on. Horrible service
