  Place the order the cashier repeated the order to confirm. After 15 minutes of waiting pressed the button to check on the status of the order, cashier said there was no order placed from the parking stall we were at. I said how was that possible we’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes since we placed the order that you repeated. The cashier now with an attitude said the last order taken from our stall was over an hour ago. And the option was to simply place the order again and yes, we waited another eight minutes…ridiculous and unacceptable!!

  I’ve had nothing but positives from this one employee(I’ll edit to add her name when I get it) but apparently you HAVE to add your sauces when you order on the app(even if it is FREE on there) or you can’t get it unless you pay for it when you push the button……. WHAT IN THE WORLD… absolutely stupid.

  First, I noticed all of our sauces were missing we were feeding a family of 6 so we had 10 sauces. While they went back to get those, I realized an entire kids meal was missing. Then, when they brought the kids meal out, the applesauce that was supposed to come with it was missing too. To make up for all the inconvenience, they gave me a coupon… that was already expired. 😂 At that point, you really can’t make this stuff up. The food itself was good, but the lack of attention to the order and the expired “sorry for the inconvenience” coupon definitely made the experience frustrating

  If you're looking for something quick and a really good deal, this spot is perfect! Make sure to use their app and cash in those rewards for some sweet savings. I usually pop in for breakfast, and I gotta say, I really like their selection. Oh, and their shakes and slushies? Yum yum!
