  This sonic is consistently one of the worst fast food places. Even if I place a mobile order, I still have to wait at least 30 minutes in line every time. The workers are also rude and slow most of the time.

  horribly long wait time for a location with ONLY a drive thru. No stalls for ordering or picking up mobile orders. Inside dining room door was locked. Was in the drive thru line to pick up my mobile order for 20 mins. if you can’t accurately staff this location, it should not be open. Your guests are affected by the lackluster service, and your staff who does not get paid enough to deal with the brunt of your mismanagement has to pick up the pieces. staff and guests deserve better.

  I drove to sonic to get a drink for my family. I ordered on the app to get the discount. When I arrived there was no mobile order stall. So it said to go inside and talk with a crew member. Upon unbuckling all of my kids out of their car seats I go to the doors. All three are locked. The members inside ignored me even though they saw me knocking. The drive through had about 17 cars in it wrapped all around so I went to the drive through window. I was met with annoyance, unprofessionalism, and it was an unpleasant experience. I received my drinks and tried to apologize for the inconvenience about the mobile order stall but the worker just turned around and ignored me as I was speaking. I will not be returning to this location. If you offer mobile order, you should have the stalls or keep your doors unlocked during business hours. This was ridiculous, please do better at training your employees and fix your mobile app system. I should NOT have to wait in the drive through line if I’m using the mobile app.

  The employee working the drive-thru was a Black man who was heavier-set. I don’t know his name, but his behavior toward me was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a way that was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

  Most pathetic slowest Sonic ever! For this location to be off 114 in Irving it’s trash! Placed my online order at 11:21 to receive it 15 mins till midnight.. 3 small coneys a large tot and route 44 drink….man Then they has all 3 coneys laying to the side in the bag, once I opened it all the chili and cheese just stuck to the paper Tots were cold…. Never had a problem with sonic until I ran across this location Shut it down and start over. Worker clothes were filthy baggy and just stinky looking Next time I’ll just make some ramen noodles at home Eeeeeewwww didn’t even finish the food because of the service waste of time and $
