  They always have a shortage of workforce. Other than that the food is fresh and mostly hot.

  Food was horrible.....drink was watered down.....customer service not friendly....worst sonic ever.....wouldn't recommend.

  The smashburger was amazing! Usually I get their traditional cheeseburger but I'm glad I took a chance and changed my usual order. The onion rings were fresh and not greasy (though the tots are still my all time favorite). The cherry limeade never lets me down. I was also impressed by their speed this visit. I didn't need to wait long for my food and the staff were all polite. Pleased to say I had a good experience. Thank you!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the worst. If you're looking for a place where you will be ignored at the drive-thru, this is the one. When I pulled up to the actual drive-thru window after being ignored at the speaker, the two employees inside just turned and glanced at me briefly and proceeded to go back to what they were doing. I sat at that drive-thru window to see how long it would take them to come to the window to talk to me. The blonde lady that was wearing iPods or a headset or something, and was clearly talking to someone on them, finally came over to the window after about 10min of me sitting there staring in the window. When she opened it, I asked if it's standard procedure to ignore customers at the drive-thru, to which she replied, no ma'am it isn't. I then asked what the problem is then because that is unacceptable for a business. She then proceeded to say they were busy, and short-staffed, etc etc etc. My son then said they could at least acknowledge their customers and say please give us a minute or something to that effect. She just continued to make more excuses. What's the point of being busy prepping stuff or whatever if you're going to have no customers because you're ignoring them at the drive-thru?? Doesn't that defeat the entire purpose of having a fast food franchise?? Ridiculous. When I got home I looked through the reviews for this location and saw that I was not the only person to experience such poor treatment. So I called the phone number that the franchisee has posted in their replies here only to be put on everlasting hold for 45 minutes and never having talked to an actual person. I gave up after being on hold for 45 minutes. The worst of the worst.
