  I went in last week and my mom and I had a great experience! Our waiter was so attentive, the manager came and said hello, and the food was all fresh and great tasting. Truly enjoyed going there and I hope they continue to focus on customer service like they are, it truly makes a difference.

  Frequent flyer at saltgrass but this time was horrible. Not very many people in the restaurant except for two tables who had about 10 people each. It took 15 minutes for a waiter to come get our drink order And then another 10 to take our dinner order. Our salads and bread were served, but that’s it. It appeared to me most waiters were attending to the two larger tables. Waiter never came back to check on us, refill drinks or anything. After 45 mins I called the waiter over and asked for him to check on our order and he acted surprised to see me. I then told him we’d pay for the salads and bread and just leave. I told him 45 minutes is too long to wait for dinner, especially when there’s hardly anyone in the restaurant and by this time I was getting very hungry. I asked for my rewards card back and he disappeared in the kitchen to retrieve it. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back there again. Best of luck everyone!

  I had one of the best dinners in a long time! The staff and GM were awesome! One staff member in general Tatyana made sure my order was perfect to the T with a friendly smile! If you ask me, she should have her own store! The GM Solomon was just as exellent! While sitting at the bar he was aproaching customers in a verry polite manner just making sure everything was top notch with his customers! I dont think you could ask for any more than that! I will be coming back to this location repeatedly! Thank you Saltgrass for your wonderful service!

  Everything was perfect came here with Family for Father's Day. Our waitress was VERY attentive and all our food was EXACTLY as ordered and if we needed anything the waitress or other waitresses were super polite and attended to our needs quickly and didn't forget about us on such a busy day. I give this location a A+
