  Angel is such a sweet, hospitable, kind, and professional person. I was just standing there at the corner waiting for everyone to clear the line and she asked me directly if I needed help. She is very bubbly and has a sweet wonderful personality and she is the manager on duty. She made sure my pizza was correct and had a great conversation. Highly recommend doing business here. Unfortunately the survey code was not in my reciept. I would have done that survey as well.

  Came in today and Angel helped me out. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which is something you don’t see as much anymore. My order was ready quickly and everything was correct. Good customer service deserves to be recognized, so I wanted to leave a review and say thanks. Keep up the great work, Angel!

  Angel and her team at this Pizza Hut on E Royal Lane have truly made this my comfort spot. Every time I walk in, they are so sweet and welcoming. Angel always takes a moment to say hi, remembers me and my boyfriend, and treats us like family. She makes sure our order is just how we like it, which honestly means a lot after a long day. The vibe here is different from other locations. It feels cleaner, more organized, and everyone actually seems happy to be there. The service is always quick, the food is fresh, and we never feel rushed. We have other Pizza Huts that are closer to us, but this one is our favorite by far, and I will always be a loyal customer at this location. I really wanted to give kudos and recognition to Angel for the amazing way she takes care of us.

  Angel is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit this Pizza Hut, she is so nice, attentive, and always goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a manager! She checks on customers, makes sure everything is fresh and correct, and handles every request with a great attitude and a smile! I actually drive past other, closer Pizza Hut locations just to come to this one because the service from Angel and her team is on a different level! The staff here is always friendly, fast, and professional, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Thanks to Angel’s leadership, this has become my go‑to Pizza Hut, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent service and a great experience every time!
