  Slow!!!!! Every time we order it takes sooo long to be delivered. We’re paying $4.99 for delivery plus tipping the driver for old pizza. Every time it has taken over an hour for it to be picked up after it was made. Literally sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Yuck! Tried calling…been in hold for 20min and no one ever picked. Hubby finally drove and picked it up. I was on hold the entire time! Finally hung up when he finally made it home. Papa John’s is my favorite but I’m tired of the horrible service!

  Placed an order 2 weeks ago, food was good, best part was I called and looking for a receipt and Blake Taylor at the store was incredibly helpful even though I could not visit the store again for some time. He took the time to find it for me and send it to me. Thanks and Blake much appreciated! (Blake's Boss....Blake needs a pat on the back!)

  Acabo de recoger un pedido para entrega y no sostuve la bolsa correctamente y el señor que trabaja ahí me trató muy mal y me arrebato de las manos la bolsa. Las otra señorita maravillosa el señor con muy mala forma.

  Very worst customer service there is a black lady standing I have gone through through the store at 12:12 to pick the order very ridiculous she is busy with her phone very odd behavior why does papa Johns’s keep this employees very worst

  The cheese is absolutely deliriously disgusting I absolutely hate the cheese. Please get some better cheese other then the wings with the ranch is the only 5 to go.
