Worst experience we have ever had. Steak tasted like fish. Bad service. Couldnt keep up with our drinks. Corn was nothing but garlic. And lobster was horrible and cold.

I want to start by saying that the host was very nice she was quick to sit us and she had a great attitude. Our server though ...."Summer" had a bad attitude and just a bad server over all. My brother accidentally spilled his drink on the table and instead of waiting for us to clean she just went ahead and started to put our plates all over the spilled drink. Never offered any help. When the host tried to help her with the food tray she told her no even though she obviously needed help. Also we were told their oven started malfunctioning and they were going to take 4min extra for each baked potato and asked if we wanted something else instead. When we said we would wait for the potatoes she then said they only had one left. This was at 5pm on a Saturday btw. She seemed so bothered to serve us the entire time. I truly regret not speaking to a manager while still there her service was unacceptable.

This review reflects more on the management of this establishment than anything. First and foremost, what kind of restaurant runs out of kids menus when you have barely been open? When we ask 4 times for the menus and keep getting the excuses that the manager had to get more, print more, grow a tree to cut down to make paper, etc that is a HUGE red flag. The server did the best he could when he had 3 larger tables and practically no help. Next to the portions: what happened? Oh wait? Here comes the excuses: inflation, we can't find workers, we can't find a corporate person that knows their butt from a hole in the ground, COVID hurt our business. STOP IT! STOP IT! When my kids meals looked more than my meal we gonna have issues. Simply put: your supply don't meet my demand. Please don't send me the generic reply back! Don't waste your time! Simply put! It's NOT worth it! Zero stars! Zero stars! Steer away from this establishment unless you want to truly know what it's like to be ripped off!

First of all, the service was great. I was seated quickly and my server was excellent. However, the table at which I was sat, had the finish bubbling up so bad that I don't know how you would set a plate on it. The Caesar salad was pretty good, the rest of the food was not. My steak tasted like the cheapest cut you could buy, and the Mac and cheese had no flavor, except for the bacon. The coconut shrimp was tasteless except for the breading. I haven't eaten at Outback for years but I remember their food being way better. I was very disappointed and it does not make me happy to write a bad review. I write good reviews on places I've been, a lot more than bad ones. Again, people are great, service was good, but the food was not what I've come to expect from Outback. Will probably never eat at Outback ever again. Should've just gone to Longhorn.

I am writing this to warn every potential diner at the Las Colinas Outback of a severe safety failure followed by months of professional avoidance. While in Dallas on a work trip, I ordered a steak and fries through Uber Eats. During the meal, I bit down on a hard foreign object (see photos) that caused immediate, agonizing pain. This resulted in a chipped tooth, a dislodged filling, and persistent tooth and tongue pain that has plagued me ever since. The aftermath has been a masterclass in corporate negligence: The Injury: I am still suffering from dental damage caused directly by a foreign object in their food. This is a major health and safety violation that should have been prioritized immediately. Management Failure: Manager Matthew Offord has been completely unreachable. Despite a single initial voicemail, he has failed to return my repeated attempts to resolve this. Broken Claims Process: I went through the proper channels via the Outback customer portal. I was contacted once by a claims representative months ago, but since then, the process has gone completely dark. I was given a claim number but never spoke to again. It has now been multiple months with no resolution, no accountability, and no follow-up regarding my medical expenses and injury. If you value your dental health and expect a business to take responsibility for injuring their customers, stay far away from this location.
