  They don’t respond they feel like they are busy but they walk around simple the worst customer service ever I saw

  The staff at this location have difficulty following order instructions or simply didn’t feel like cooking steaks, since breakfast was coming to an end. I placed a delivery order requesting two big breakfast with steak/hotcakes, instead I received dry sausage patties on each breakfast. Obviously, no onions because there’s no steaks. To make matters worse they didn’t add one hash brown, no syrup for pancakes and the eggs aren’t fresh. The sausage McMuffins I ordered also have dry/not fresh sausage patties. I’ve attempted to call the store four times and it’s been unsuccessful. I will not be ordering from this store. Incompetence at its best!

  the closest mcdonald's to my house, from the past 20 years, they've been there, I've never been able to get my order correct for than a couple handful of times

  Restaurant's interior is clean and even decorated every week like there's an event going on. Service is also great and speedy.

  The food is fine but the service is terrible. Every single time I go to this location, I am ignored in some capacity. Pull up to the speaker and after waiting for a full minute, they answer just to tell me to wait. That's fine, I do... for three more minutes. A truck pulls up in the other lane and gets their order taken immediately. I'm still waiting. This has happened multiple times. Another time, I go straight to the window, as there was something wrong with my order and no one else in line. I am ignored for 6 whole minutes. I make eye contact with one of the girls, she continued to pretend she didn't see me. They only ever acknowledged me because another car had pulled up behind mine. All of this just for my issue to not be resolved. These ladies had no way of knowing what I needed as they blissfully ignored me. I could've been disabled and in need of assistance ordering. I hope to God that no deaf person ever has to suffer this drive thru, because they will be ignored 100%. The girls at the window make me feel like an inconvenience. This is not a one time occurrence, it is a repeated issue.
