  People care more about their drive through time than anything else. I was told to leave the drive through window and park when no one was behind me and they still didn't give me all my food correct. I can't say how much it annoys me to be told me move when there is no reason to do so and then also not get my order correct...

  You'd think they'd bring the ice cream out to you after you eat your main meal. My ice cream was melted.

  Horrible staff. I had a terrible experience at the Irving boulevard location and decided to come here in hopes it would be any better. It's not. Remember when McDonald's used to cater to their customers and actually used to be kid friendly? Im officially done with this place. Don't bother me asking you to talk to you this time or fill out any your dumb surveys. Its pointless anyways. I should feed my kid omething healthier anyway.

  I had an issue with an on line order that I placed but did not receive. I want to thank B &G Massey for sending me gift cards and making sure my satisfaction was important. Thank you again so much.

  I give 4 stars because 90% of the time the location is wonderful but then there are times I walk away scratching my head wondering how it went wrong lol my husband ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but asked that the biscuit be substitued with a small bun... He got a big breakfast with a bun and no hotcakes 😂 overall it is a great location.
