- DSd slsMay 9, 20261.0Honestly really disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. We received our order and noticed multiple items were missing, and the drinks we got were completely wrong. We tried calling several times to get the issue fixed or at least speak to someone, but nobody answered the phone at all. It’s frustrating paying for food you don’t fully receive, especially when there’s no way to contact the store for help. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way this situation was handled — or ignored — showed very poor customer service. I hope they start paying more attention to orders and actually respond to customers when problems come up.
