  It's a fairly normal location. Quality is good, orders are accurate. The one thing about here, is they WILL. NOT!!!! Make your sandwich during rush-hours without you being there first. I've ordered 20 minutes ahead, 25 minutes ahead, 30 minutes ahead, and no matter how long ahead I order, if they're busy they **REFUSE** to make the sandwich if you aren't there FIRST!!! It's the way this location is, and I know cause I come here almost weekly for over 6 months. The only exception is catering, which ALWAYS takes priority over individual customers here. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise or they are flat LYING!!

  Managers here are always on top of it! Rest of the crew is kind and works hard by the looks of it. Have had a few orders made a little unbalanced with really acidic sauce but other than that this is a well managed place with kind service and overall good food at affordable prices.

  When you try to forcibly guilt me into tipping at a counter serve place that has no business asking for a tip. It tells me at least one of two things is true. You pay your employees so horribly you need me to subsidize their wages. Or that you don't understand how much this shitty deceptive practice upsets your customers. Either way, it makes people not come back. Ever. Probably won't check if this was an awful franchise decision or brand wide so goodbye forever Jimmy Johns.
