  You walk up to the counter and they walk away and leave you standing there for 5 minutes. Prepare to wait 20 minutes for a simple sandwich, being the only person in the restaurant, with 5 or 6 employees chit chatting

  Food was good but the cucumber salad was thrown together so lazy. Its had like 3 cucumbers in it total for $3 extra

  It's a fairly normal location. Quality is good, orders are accurate. The one thing about here, is they WILL. NOT!!!! Make your sandwich during rush-hours without you being there first. I've ordered 20 minutes ahead, 25 minutes ahead, 30 minutes ahead, and no matter how long ahead I order, if they're busy they **REFUSE** to make the sandwich if you aren't there FIRST!!! It's the way this location is, and I know cause I come here almost weekly for over 6 months. The only exception is catering, which ALWAYS takes priority over individual customers here. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise or they are flat LYING!!
