  This new location has an Absolutely Great layout and they take care of their customers. My family and I were there this past Saturday and the WiFi went down, no registers were working and they couldn't check us out. We were gifted all of our groceries complimentary by management. In the midst of the current hard times we're in, we literally received a huge blessing from HEB. Don't underestimate how much customers mean to this retailer because this isn't the first time they have done this. Highly recommend HEB.

  Worse HEB experience. I love HEB. Was excited over the New Irving store. After my 3 time I will make the drive to Plano or Heritage Trace. It’s a condensed store with lots of my products missing. Much of the staff was rude and not helpful the pickers with their carts would not accommodate customers trying to get to a product. In produce I waited 5 minutes to grab celery. When I said excuse me he still would not move his cart. That happened 3 other times today. I was there mid afternoon busy but not hetic. The cashier was not diligent and double charged. She didn’t seem to know how to work the register. Again I love HEB but skip this location.

  HEBs didn't exist in NTX till Now! I am from San Antonio where there are tons of HEBs. Moving up north I had few options to shop at. Some companies I decided to boycott some after not helping with a spoiled meat return during covid (things were real tight). So, when HEB came to town I was happy. Some stores like Kroger, target didn't stock up in things they used too. Guess what - HEB has it. I FOUND Arnie's spices. No one else has them.

  What is NOT to love about this place? I can’t imagine a reason not to like H-E-B and everything they have to offer a community. These stores have it all! We stopped by and walking to the entrance we were taken back by all of the beautiful plants out front, many even on sale! Then, walking in, we smelled the smell of fresh smoked barbecue, so we stopped in and tried some of that. I tried the Brisket Baked Potato…It was delicious! After a quick bite, we finally did what we came there for, and that was to do some grocery shopping. They had everything we came here for and I even found several things I did not come here for, but left with anyway, lol! Yea, it’s THAT kind of a store, where you will find everything you came for and more!

  New to HEB shopping Yes it’s July 2. Yes it’s crazy in there. I stopped in on my way home. I wanted to get the special that is in this week’s flyer - the 2 fajitas - beef & chicken that offered cheese, tortillas, cheese, salsa and refried beans. I asked 2 employees where the items were located. I showed the flyer add. I’m got sent to prepared foods in front. Then I asked an employee by fresh tortillas where the special was located. She said she didn’t know I was still ok. I remembered there was app that would tell me the location. In an environment that was like the crazed German autobahn I made my way to the meat. Grabbed the yellow coupon and made my way tortillas. Everything that was the “free “ was all together. I was happy. I got till checkout. Played frogger ad decided on self checkout but wanted a cashier because of the coupon. When I rang up and scanned my coupons no luck. The employee working the area explained I had the wrong coupons . She only offered to me to go back to the back and get the correct coupons. Sorry for your luck basically. Ya. Ya, I know July 2nd, crazy busy, etc, etc. I opted not to do that. Just too much effort. No offer to make an adjustment. I had the app and think I clipped the coupons . But it was just to much for the employee to go beyond her initial instructions. Oh well. I’ll know this company offers good things and customer service. Today must just of been too much for the employees I interacted with. Thanks for reading my Ted Talk.
