  Called multiple times to place an online order only to have the line disconnect several times, then no one answered, ever...a business phone. Had to search to find a direct online order site that doesn't include a delivery service. I would think that would be prominent on your website. Otherwise, the food is great!

  Do not provide this place any business. Here's why. I called to make a reservation for 8 for 5pm. I work at a large headquarters right by this place. I was told no by the hostess, that they wouldn't make the reservation, because there was a concert at Toyota music factory that same night, and they MIGHT get more business from that, so our reservation wasn't sufficient enough for them, and that "they would make more money from the concert crowd." I asked for the manager, Francisco, who confirmed he gave that direction, confirming they KNOW they will get busy, and that the reservation wasn't worthwhile to them. However, once I told him where I worked and the thousands that could give him constant business, he change his mind and was willing to make the reservation. I quickly rejected it, and mentioned our company will never give him business for such unaccomidation. I'll make sure no gatherings will take place at this venue and we will give business to the many other venues nearby. Hope they get tons of business from those random concerts, because huge corporate companies nearby won't be giving them any. That's for sure.
