- AAAlixJun 24, 20262.0Ngl, this has to be one of the most impressive Domino’s experiences I’ve ever had, and not for the reasons they were probably hoping for. The place is clean. The employees look friendly. The pizza looks good. Unfortunately… all of that is based on observation because apparently customer interaction is a premium add on they don’t offer at this location. I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes with my order sitting ready. Not being made. Not delayed. Not lost. Ready. Just sitting there. Existing. Living its best life. Aging like fine wine while I slowly become part of the store decor. The crazy part is there are SIX employees working. Six. I counted because I had enough free time to conduct a census while waiting. You’d think they were getting absolutely destroyed with orders, but there are only about five orders total, and three of them are already complete. At this point, the pizzas are getting more attention than the customers. Not a single person greeted me. No “We’ll be right with you” No “Sorry for the wait” No eye contact. Nothing. I genuinely started questioning whether I accidentally unlocked invisibility on the drive over here. Maybe I walked through the door and activated some x men mutation where only Domino’s employees can’t see me. I’ve watched conversations happen. I’ve watched people move around the kitchen. I’ve watched employees look in my general direction and somehow still miss the fully grown man standing at the counter like a lost NPC waiting for his next quest objective. In fact, I’ve had so much time waiting that I managed to write this entire review before anyone acknowledged my existence. That’s honestly kind of impressive. Most people can’t even finish a text message that fast. The pizza itself looks good, so credit where credit is due. But if your customer can write a multi paragraph review, contemplate the meaning of life, consider applying for a part time job, and possibly qualify for social security before someone hands them their order, there might be a slight issue with customer service. Overall, great pizza. Terrific atmosphere. Fantastic place to practice being ignored.

I got a medium pizza with stuffed Parmesan cheese & dusted with garlic seasoning. A 10 out of 10. Perfection. Hands down the best delivery pizza in my area. The cinna bites were also amazing. And everything was hot. Very hot!! Great job Dominos! Keep up the great work!! I’ll be ordering again.

Our large mushroom and pepperoni pizza was wonkily cut, had no sauce on it (seriously) and had about 12 mushrooms. My husband asked for sauce with the cheesy bread as well and, no sauce. It was really just grease from the pepperoni on bread. Called the store, sent pictures to an email address, was asked if I could return the pizza to the store. Nope, not when we paid and tipped for delivery. Was told they'd remake and send which took over 45 minutes. The replacement was about the same, just more pepperoni. Never had this kind of bad experience with Domino's before but we won't be ordering from this location again.
