- DIdeliveries incooperated3 days ago1.0There is an item on the menu that is always an issue whenever I need to order. I have been going to this location for years and I know it's always a recurring problem. It is not a one off and I will chalk it down to a cultural problem at this particular store. If they cannot fulfill an order they need to take it off the menu. And when asked they look irritated and I always leave and go to the other location on Beltline and 635 and I always get the order fulfilled. Today was particularly bad because when I asked them to fix this menu item they said they are busy they cannot prepare it, what sense does it make to say that you cannot prepare something that is on your menu? Then please take it off so that we don't try and order it . I walked out and went to a different establishment. The manager needs to fix the morale and attitude at this location, it's not up to per.

This has been the norm for almost every time I do a pick up order as no one to question on the quality or quantities for online orders. Unfortunately I’m ordering here being close to my place. I will stop ordering Chipotle from this place. Wish other locations nearby would be better at least!

Another employee had to call a staff member over because customers were waiting, but she still finished what she was doing before coming. Her attitude was also very poor and she seemed annoyed to take our order. I visited this location three weeks ago and it was excellent. On June 6, 2026, the service was terrible. Poor management and poor customer service are turning this location into just another disappointing Chipotle.
