  I ordered a veggie bowl, but I found meat in it. This was very disappointing because I specifically chose the vegetarian option. The order was not prepared correctly, and this kind of mistake can be a serious issue for people who don’t eat meat due to dietary restrictions, allergies, or religious reasons. I hope the restaurant takes more care when preparing vegetarian orders in the future.

  Really horrible experience at this location. This location needs to do a better job of finding better employees. I went in today and there was a South Asian lady and Latina lady making the orders. The one south Asian lady there gets frazzled easily and is prone to screwing up peoples orders. I have seen this many times. Today she was going extra slow with the lady ahead of me in line so this other employee stepped in to make the line faster. She put in rice, beans and chicken for me before passing it to the south Asian lady who then put a red tab next to my order (I have no idea why) and then proceed to complete my order where I had to repeat everything to her atleast 3 times. When I got to the cashier he said my total is $19 and I asked "why" so he told me because I asked for extra chicken. Lol I never asked for extra chicken. When I told him that he said "you sure?" And then asked the ladies down the line if I had asked for chicken because there was a red tab next to my bowl. So the the First Lady who helped me out confirmed that I didn't ask for extra chicken and she doesn't know why the south Asian lady would put a red tab next to my bowl. The cashier then said "that's why you gotta make sure they're putting the correct tabs next to your order" so then I got frustrated and told him "I would not know that it's not like I work here". Overall the management here needs to train their employees to be efficient and problem solve more effectively instead of question the customer in front of 10 people and holding up a line. And if an employee isn't working efficiently, they need to be re-trained or removed. I hope they can improve on this.

  Disgusted with chipotle. Especially this nasty location. Do not eat here. Found a bug in my food. Never again will I eat at this disgusting company knowing these disgusting people purposely putting bugs in the food.
