- JJJoyceMay 7, 20261.0I stopped at this location for lunch with my kids and had a poor experience. I’d like to start by saying the rice was partially undercooked, the beans were over seasoned and the chips were stale. Aside from the poor food quality the dining area was in need of a superior cleaning. There was food all over the floor, our table had a foul odor after it was wiped down (before we sat down), and the high chair was filthy. Also, I asked a staff member to add more rice to my child’s meal and he said you would be charged as an extra side. I’ve never been told that about adding more rice but I guess he wanted to be employee of the month! How does that statement make any sense when you can ask for extra rice/beans on a bowl for free? So much for the CEO stating if you “want extra food just ask”. This location is in need of management intervention. I will not be returning to this location.
