We could literally see the cook scrambling in the back trying to make more because they got caught completely unprepared while the line kept getting longer. Instead of just making more food and serving normal portions, they started giving everyone smaller portions of rice, beans, AND meat. Then we had to pay for “extra meat” just to get what should’ve been the STANDARD portion in the first place. Honestly, I don’t even blame the workers at that point… I blame management. Being open for another hour and a half and not having enough food prepared is ridiculous. $30 for ONE half-assed bowl, chips, and a soda is crazy. At that price, might as well go to Mi Cocina across the street. Embarrassing.

- MJmike jonesAug 16, 20261.0Arrived to this location at 8:30pm and store manager refused to take anyone order in person because their online orders were backed up. I think it’s bad business to refuse an order from a customer who took the time to drive to the store. After I was refused a meal I waited in the store for a little bit longer and saw customer after customer come in and walked out frustrated and disappointed to be rejected due to bad management and staffing. There is always staffing, food shortage, poor food quality, and poor management at this location. If chipotle actually reads their reviews please make adjustments immediately because this is ridiculous and makes their brand look terrible.
