  This is easily one of the worst Chipotle locations in the DFW metroplex. The entire restaurant was filthy. There was trash on the floor the moment we walked in, the drink station was empty, and all the tables were dirty. I even watched a crew member wipe down a table with a single napkin and no cleaning solution. Meanwhile, Jorge, the manager, was running the register instead of actually managing his staff. My coworkers and I will not be returning to this location.

  very mean employee. as we walked in she yelled at us “hey were not taking orders right now” in a very rude tone. she did not apologize nor give us a reason to why and didn’t acknowledge us on the way out. i would understand if they were out of food and she said it politely but there was clearly food and someone was checking out as we were walking in. it was also very messy and the past time i came here they were also “running low” on food and had limited options. incredibly disappointed, never coming back.

  Bummed with my Chipotle experience here. I don’t live in the area, but I stopped by to pick up a late lunch as I was close. All I wanted was a bowl with barbacoa and fajita veggies. They were out of both. It was 2 pm, not even the busiest part of the day. There was no more barbacoa in the back, and they didn’t offer anything to make up for the lack. I was reminded why I don’t eat at Chipotle.

  I placed a delivery order to my workplace and was disappointed with the quality and accuracy of my meal. I requested extra pico de gallo and corn salsa, but only received a very small amount of each. I also asked for half white rice and half brown rice, but my bowl only included one scoop of white rice. In addition, there was very little chicken included in the order. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed.

  So I used to go all the time to this Chipotle a few years ago. Since then, things have dropped off. The staff is rude and act like you are burdening them by being a customer. Also, they will literally give you a half portion of protein. The staff who are making burritos are touching their clothes and hats while making your food which is going to be consumed. The price is crazy and is not worth it anymore. I walked out on my most recent visit cuz I saw the guy who was making my burrito touch his hat then wipe his nose while using the gloves that he was using to make my burrito and then continued to make my burrito and try to wrap it. That's unacceptable. Never again going to a Chipotle is if this is the standard that is expected, especially when freebirds is 3 doors down. If this is what they're doing on the line I cannot imagine the unacceptable behavior behind the line in the kitchen and when food is being prepped.Watching people change gloves and not washing their hands as well. Even though you're wearing gloves, hands should be washed between glove usage. Maybe one day Chipotle will understand that before they go out of business or file for bankruptcy in Texas. No thank you! Lost a longtime customer.
