- RMRhoda Martin5 days ago4.0Decent. This location doesn't have the mobile lane due to limited space. I went inside to retrieve order because there weren't any signs. A staff member told me there no special lane. Mobile ap pickups travel through the same lanes. Lone was too long for that.
- DMDestiny McGill6 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with Chick-fil-A’s refund policy. My biscuit was made incorrectly, but because I ordered through Uber Eats, I was told Chick-fil-A couldn’t issue a refund or even store credit since it’s considered a “third-party order.” That policy makes no sense when the mistake happened in the restaurant kitchen — not with Uber Eats. Uber didn’t make the food wrong. Customers shouldn’t get bounced back and forth over who is responsible when the restaurant clearly made the error. A simple replacement, refund, or store credit would go a long way for customer service. This policy needs to be changed because it puts the burden on the customer instead of the business correcting its own mistake.

Nothing like ending the day with a meal that have 0 protein. Didn’t realize this until I got home, and pretty pissed. Make sure to put CHICKEN in the CHICKEN SALAD🔥👹
