  Disappointed that I can’t get anyone on the phone to talk about my order that was delivered without the toppings.

  I stopped here for dinner with my family and it was a disappointment to say the least. The staff made the experience even worse. We ordered two chicken bowls, one steak bowl and a kids meal. They didn’t have grilled onions, no feta cheese and very little of the other toppings (obviously our meals weren’t as we expected). There was no compensation for any of the unavailable items. The pitas were overcooked and dry (probably been sitting there all day). My son tried to get an employee attention at the dining area but he had AirPods on and couldn’t hear him. We spent over $65 to be dissatisfied. The food was mediocre and the staff is only there for a paycheck. Take your hard earned money to a business that cares.

  Sunday 5.3.26 around 3:15. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. Always a hello, welcome to Cava and overall positive attitudes. Not so much today. When we walked in there a handful of guests in line quietly waiting to be acknowledged. Not one staff member said a word. When it was my time to order the young lady couldn’t have cared the less. She seemed miserable. When it came time to pay, I guess one of the other team members was getting off work, African-American young lady with long dreadlocks. As I was paying, she was clocking out and bent over and shook her hair right next to me while I’m waiting for my food. It was disgusting. Not sure who the management is, but I hope they read this and pull the schedule and talk to your team members. Cava s better than this experience!

  The worst cava I have ever been to. The customer service was the worst! The employees were rude and pushy. When I asked for a dressing they said they were out of it and just closed my bowl. I didn’t even have the chance to ask for another one because he had already charged me for it. They’re out of half of the food as well. No sauces , no pita…I’ve seen several reviews talking about the same thing so I don’t know why they don’t fix this issue.

  Believe the other reviews. This location is trash. The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Portions have been cut in half, yet prices keep rising. CAVA is no longer what it used to be. However, ordering from this location is by far the worst experience and I’ve given them three tries.
