  CAVA was amazing! The food was delicious and fresh, but Nico’s service really made the experience even better.They were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Definitely coming back! 10/10 🫶🏼

  They were out of the garlic dressing. At least that's what we were told. What was weird was the rudeness that came from the person preparing our food. My partner spoke to the server 3xs and she said nothing. I was a bit confused to why they were out of garlic dressing at 6:15 pm and closing is at 11pm

  I ordered a steak bowl take out and when I picked up my order it was salmon I have an allergy to fish had to go to the hospital right after this visit. I’m very disappointed I’ve never had that happen. I went to the cava In Addison and everything went great that’s why I chose to eat there again but just a different location. I will never go back to cava … and on the receipt, it says salmon, yogurt, deal, which I never ordered that. You can see my online order says something different. Chick fa la here I come. They never apologized..

  I am a frequent cava buyer and it’s always the best experience for me. The store has a fun atmosphere and the food is amazing! When J went in today I was greeted by Hannah and Alex and they were the best! They gave me recommendations for my bowl and had great customer bonding.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maria at CAVA provided amazing customer service! She was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. She definitely made my experience better, and I’ll be coming back because of great service like hers.
