  From the prospective of a local on an adventure of no Nepalese decent, this was an AMAZING experience. The food was deliciously, generously portioned, the sizes everything I would describe as large and larger. Nepalese food is spicy by nature so I don’t want to lead you down a false path but as someone willing to try I was blessed with the tase on every dish and I tried many including pan fried noodles, dumplings, and some of the stick food. The service was patient, Sasa greeted us warmly and helped us with recommendations on the menu to make sure we didn’t miss out on the experience. Every recommendation was spot on. Glad she was there to be a guide. The building is quant but every decoration and both along with the music and tv experience was well done. A lot is conveyed with a little. Will go again and would recommend. You do not need to know what Nepalese food is to enjoy, it’s spicy but I think you may love it.

  ​Cafemandu is one of my favorite spots. The Nepali food is fantastic and full of flavor, but what really makes it stand out is the vibe and the people. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Great food, awesome service and a lovely atmospher.

  It took 30 minutes to receive the food I ordered, which I had timed from the moment it was charged on my card. While it’s great that you’re open late at night, 30 minutes is quite a long wait.

  I ordered chicken momo,vegetable momo ,chicken sausage and chicken jhol momo .However,instead of the jhol momo I ordered, I received regular steamed momo. I am disappointed because my ordered was incorrect also I paid for jhol momo that’s why I am not satisfied with the service

  We went back to Cafe Mandu after a long time. The food is just outstanding. The spicy veg momos, the veg noodles, and the Gorkhali mutton curry was out of the world. Though it's Nepali food, Indians also love it. What's more, they will prepare fresh as per allergies too. Worth driving all the way from anywhere in DFW area
