Since DoorDash does not allow flavor changes after an order is placed, I called the store within seconds of placing the order to see if they could help. When I called, the employee said she couldn't find my order. While I was still on the phone, the DoorDash driver had apparently already arrived to pick it up. I explained from the beginning that I was only requesting a simple flavor change, but instead of trying to assist, I was placed on hold while the order was prepared. After waiting, I was told it was "too late" to make any changes. I understand that the mistake was mine, and I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable. However, what disappointed me was the lack of communication and customer service. Being left on hold and then dismissed felt rude and unhelpful. A little effort or empathy would have gone a long way. Management should consider providing additional customer service training so employees are better equipped to handle situations like this. Mistakes happen, and customers appreciate businesses that are willing to help when possible. That said, although the customer service at this location was disappointing, I would still recommend Baskin-Robbins overall. Their ice cream has always been delicious, and I have enjoyed their products for years. My issue was with the service at this particular location, not the quality of the ice cream itself.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
