  Pulled to the menu they for asked for my order. I said just one second please. Not 30 seconds went by. They came on and said I needed to come inside Because I was taking too long. There was nobody behind me and no pre- menu to see ahead of time. So I ordered immediately after their request. The guy waited 20-30 seconds and asked what was that again. What kind of BS is this? I just drove off. Sick of the modern expectation that all fast food thinks you have their menu memorized. Won’t go back again.

  This crew at this location is to funny me in my family stop by today in the manager Anthony was one of the most helpful people I have met in a fast food restaurant everyone had a smile and the food was great fresh cook and they even brought it out to my table. I will recommend this restaurant anyone to come in contact with me and like Arbys like we.i will be back soon

  Bad service. Waited in drive thru for over 30 mins and then got bad service. They cannot handle a busy drive thru. They parked everyone even with small orders. Don’t go to this Arby’s

  I ordered online and added that I would like ranch and Arby’s sauce packets. When picking up the bag had the pick up stickers sealing it so I did not open it BUT I did ask the worker who gave me my order if there was Arby’s sauce packets in the bag & i was told “yes a few were placed in the bag” fast forward to I get home.. no Arby’s sauce packets at all. Since I don’t like my beef and cheddars without extra Arby’s sauce, I went to Walmart for it since it was closer than driving alllllll the way back to Arby’s 😔 soooo check your orders before you leave.

  By far the worse Arby's. I placed an order in the drive through at 8:17. They had me pull up to wait on my order. They said 3 mins. After waiting 15 mins I went inside. They was just finishing my order. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE I will never go back to this location again. This was on Friday. It's Sunday.
