  They literally intentionally did my entire order wrong all bc I ordered food at the drive thru. Mind you the AC in the car goes out when I put it in park or stop for a long time and I have my baby in the back so I am trying to get our food ASAP. Also of course their app never works so I couldn’t order ahead. anyway I asked for a small water with no ice for my baby and of course it was full of ice, which like okay it’s hot whatever. They also gave me a unsweetened tea and there was literally nobody else so it wasn’t some else’s-it was intentional lol. Also the employee at the drive thru was just miserableeee so yeah nobody reads these but it looks like sonic does so maybe they can tell their employees to show some empathy and patience🙂
