  Slowest whataburger around. Have no idea why they even use the carry out option. The app will say order is ready and then you sit in the parking lot 30min past the due time. Only to be met with sub par food, over cooked French fries and an annoyed employee who seems like they dont like being there while being behind. All while there are little to no cars in the parking lot and a empty druve through. This establishment has gone way downhill since its move to the brand new location.

  Worst place since they moved!!! Time to get your food after paying 32.00 for 2 meals mind you. Ridiculously annoying, and that's ordering from the app. This is for the General ManagerJeremy... your customer service is in the trash, I waited 20 min for my curside order, had to walk in the store to ask where my order was. I was not greeted, I asked what's going on with my order, mind you this was after another guy waiting on his curbsidehad not arrived and he had gone in to ask. A 3rd grade level employee stated they are still working on it after 20 min. No excuse!! To top it all off. I redeemed my points for a cookie and didnt get the cookie...for 32.00 for two meals yall need to get your shit together and do way better then you are doing now. Maybe your district manager Maria would like to know how you operate when she isn't there holding your hand. Seems to me that's the only time you actually move your asses! Shame on you!the customer service and quality needs to be equivalent to what we pay!

  Ordered online and the app sent my order to ingleside instead of the whataburger in aransas which was 8miles closer to me when I called the employee and the manager Michelle were rude and kept telling me to go to aransas to cancel my order

  Came here to the new location a few time and each time is either an issue with the order or/and a very long wait time, I just had a curbside for one large chocolate malt waited for 30 minutes finally went inside to get it and still had to wait 5 minutes

  My order was a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich sub honeybutter. Service took a while for them to present me with one chicken strip in my sandwich. Don’t be sorry Whataburger be better. NEW INGLESIDE LOCATION 3.3/10 highly recommend taking the couple minute detour to the next unit in aransas pass!
