  Originally went through the drive through at this location, I pulled in, no one in front of me except for the person that was at the window already waiting for their order. Once I pulled up I was greeted nicely. However, this is where things changed. I was greeted promptly and asked to wait a second. Typical, but what wasn’t typical is I waited five minutes sitting there waiting. I decided to exit the drive through line and go inside for quicker service. I get in and I immediately spot the problem, they appear to be short on staff. However, this is what it seemed to be, which really ain’t true. They had one person in the drive through, and three people in the kitchen area. No one even manning the front lobby. Really wondering why after five minutes in drive through my order wasn’t being taken, especially when I get in there was only 3 small families in dining area and a mother and child waiting for an order to take home. Some had food, one family out of the three was waiting for their food. I waited 2 mins before a lady took my order, even though I was at the counter waiting and I can been seen through the open window between counter and kitchen I wasn’t acknowledged till the lady approached the counter. Meanwhile others are starting to come in behind me, and I’m seeing the drive through person taking orders in the front now. Meanwhile the lobby is pretty well cleaned except the drink station which is one of the images I took. Meanwhile I ordered two treats a peanut butter parfait and a banana split which took exactly 15 mins to get to me. Items were handed to me covered for transport but no bag or carrier was given till asked for. Customer service, speed, and cleanliness should be more of a priority. Which I would assume with proper training of stations would improve all of this instead of a chaotic work assignment that seems to be currently in place here.

  Very filthy restaurant. Trash on floor, all tables were dirty, napkins holders had food on them and one on our dirty table was empty. Service was very slow. The 3 employees we saw did more standing around than working. Number stands were all over the tables.

  Change the hours on here if you’re gonna close early at least update so people don’t drive for nothing

  This Dairy Queen location has their Google Business page hours listed as open till 11pm on Fridays, but when I got there at 10:05pm, they said they were closed...not sure which is correct. I will change my 1 star review once I recieve some clarity on this issue.
