    Not only is it the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to but the best wings I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in 3 different states and am a foodie with high standards. So trust when I say this place is worth it. Patience, our host was wonderful. This place can get quite busy especially on Sunday evenings but it’s easy to see why. The food is worth the wait. Best wings ever.

    This was a great experience for ordering food here. Meal pick up was late and the manager re-made my food!!! Thank you for showing the love and great customer service, Stephen. You and your crew did an amazing job!!! 🙏🏿

    My husband Went in there to pick up a DoorDash order. Woman at the counter refused to even look at him. Took the order for the person standing behind him, completely ignored him when he said “excuse me” and said the name of the order. Nothing. The order was then just sat on the counter, no name called, nothing. The bag then leaked all over the car because it wasn’t packed correctly. Customer complained, I explained what happened. While sitting in the car waiting on him to get the order I saw a gentleman walk out with his order and his bag ripped because his sauces were all over the bag and had leaked also, he went in to say something and all she did was point to the trash. If you go in and look white you won’t be helped, everyone else she spoke to nicely and acknowledged. Never have I had such service at any wingstop. Regardless of the fact that we are dashing, she couldn’t have known that, and to flat out ignore a customer is not ok.

    Let me start off by saying that I rarely leave reviews, but don’t want others to go through this mess. Do yourself a favor and don’t even attempt to order from this location, it’s the absolute worst! I had a bad experience with extreme delays a long while back, so I decided to give them a try again. Big mistake. I placed my order at 7:42 PM for delivery at 8:41 PM. My dasher sent me a message that there was a delay, not their fault. Each time I checked status, it just kept getting later and later. They told the dasher, another 30 min., then when that elapsed it would be another hour. My estimated time would now be 10:30 PM. I called, and was placed on hold immediately. After waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, I called from another phone. When they picked up, I said that I would not wait on hold again, as I’d already been waiting too long and just needed to cancel my order. The girl who answered was extremely rude and said, “we’re busy, your orders just going to take longer.” I told her I just needed to cancel my order. Her reply was, “you need to come into the store to do that.” I told her to get a manager, and it was unacceptable to expect me to come into the store to cancel an order that I had for delivery, after it was delayed for 2 hours. She hung up the phone on me. Corporate needs to do something about the poor management of this store. I get that you’re busy, but update your online order system to reflect an accurate time when placing the order, so I know not to order if that doesn’t fit my time frame. Or, turn it off if you can’t keep up. Never again!
