  TERRIBLE customer service. the young lady with the little bun and the young lady with the purple hair were not trying to service customers. we’re playing around spilling ice while customers were lined up. would not call out orders and cleared orders as done without even giving them out or announcing the names. my friend placed his online order and after asking for it multiple times they ended up having it sitting on a rack and then tried to not give it to him when they finally handed over. also had issues with my order when i finally received it. i ordered cajun corn and was charged for cheese fries with cajun seasoning?? when i let them know they tried to make it seem like i made the mistake when ordering. will NOT be returning to this location any time soon and i would advise the same to anyone else in the area.

  Honestly never understood why you rush to do something when you are getting paid to do it. Keep in mind the person that is ordering could’ve had a long day, came from a far drive (Like me took me an hour to get there and an hour to come back home) Thats there money and time!. Honestly disappointed:/ Should make order like its your food every time. P.S : Shaking it did not help!!

  Order last night was over 2 hours delayed, I asked for a refund and all they did was take my number and name down, no receipt or transaction of refund. I went in today to see if they processed, and they said they would but checked the names and my name wasn’t on there, once again they took my name and number down with no transaction or receipt. They said if it’s not refunded in 5-7 days to come back….are you serious? Seems they need a better process for this

  We ordered at 5:56 PM and were given an estimated pickup time of 18 to 27 minutes. When we got there, the place was absolutely packed and we stood around waiting forever before finally being told it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes because apparently DoorDash orders were being given priority. I’m sorry, but how does that make sense? We placed and paid for our order too. It was so hot and crowded inside that my boyfriend ended up taking me home and going back for the food. He finally got our order around 7:36 PM, almost TWO HOURS after we placed it. To make it even worse, after standing there waiting again, he finally asked an employee about our order and the guy rudely responded, “It’s in front of your face.” Apparently they had put our food on the counter without ever calling our name, despite calling out everyone else’s orders. How exactly was he supposed to know that bag was ours? A simple “Oh, yours is right here, sorry we missed calling it” would have been fine. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. Then they told him they were out of drink cups. We ordered meals that included drinks, so we literally did not receive everything we paid for. No substitute, refund, credit, or compensation was offered. I completely understand restaurants getting slammed and orders taking longer than expected. What I don’t understand is giving priority to DoorDash orders over customers who have already ordered and paid, failing to communicate when an order is ready, being rude when the customer asks about it, and then not providing part of what we paid for. Really disappointing experience from start to finish.
