  I had been wanting to go here since it opened but had not had a chance. I finally went last night and it was a disappointment. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos, no cheese, added pico, 5 layer burrito, added lettuce and a taco salad with added pico as well. The tacos were filled halfway and that included the lettuce with about small pieces of tomato, I guess that was supposed to be the pico which they charge extra for. The same for the taco salad and burrito. The salad had about a teaspoon of pico and burrito about a tablespoon of lettuce. I know beef is expensive and prices are going up but they are really cutting corners with the food. I recommend going to the location off US-79, you get better value for your buck.

  WARNING Do not go to this Taco Bell location in Hutto, Texas. My wife had the truck out of town so I ordered Taco Bell on their app. Bottom line is the DoorDash driver called to say she was at this Taco Bell in Hutto and the manager guy (Del or some name like that) told her the order had been stolen and there was nothing he was going to do about it. This guy was screaming at her and she was really upset. So I called and talked with him to get my food made so I could eat. He immediately denied ever screaming at anybody. Not 30 seconds into the phone call, this gentleman is screaming at me, the Customer, at the top of his lungs, interrupting anything and everything I was trying to ask or say. There is a scam going on you can read about online: A person like me gets on the Taco Bell app or online and chooses what they want to eat, then clicks ‘For Delivery.’ The food gets made and then some person working at Taco Bell sets the order on the counter where they let a friend or accomplice come grab the order and leave. This only works because Taco Bell does not verify that the person picking up the order is actually authorized to do that. So the order gets stolen and sold or eaten by someone the employee knows, and the DoorDash driver shows up and is told the order was already picked up. What is supposed to happen in that case is the people at Taco Bell are just supposed to remake the order so the driver can take the customer his food. But this gentleman at the Taco Bell on 685 in Hutto decided it would be a good idea to just scream at the Customer AND the DoorDash driver to go take a leap! Never ever eat here. People who would do something like that would also do whatever they want to your food.

  Taco Bell corporate and/or the Hutto police, or Williamson County Sheriff need to come clean this place up. Delivery orders seem to get stolen from this Taco Bell store all the time and the people working here seemingly don’t or can’t do anything to prevent or stop it? Shouldn’t someone on the inside maybe try to do their job and do something? Anybody stealing from DoorDash, or your Customers, or Taco Bell needs to be in jail, not handling people’s money and food and screaming at customers and delivery drivers. It’s a really bad look. Until they get it cleaned up we are for sure not eating here anymore and giving these guys one dime.

  If i could do 0 i would. Manager lets people come in and steal doordash orders without confirmation. Yells at doordashers because he cant do his own damn job. Even after contacting the customer they say this is an issue here everytime. His rumor is that they let friends come in and take the doordash orders. Who knows. But screw this taco bell. Do not come here.

  Wanted to try the new location since our regular is out of soda. Had to wait for the restroom stall to be free, the employee occupying the stall just left the restroom without washing her hands... I'm 9months pregnant and it's something that we didn't want to risk and turn us off from wanting to dine there entirely. Still love Taco bell but will not return here. The staff member was a young girl ( I didn't a catch her name tag) nor did I see her at the register so a have to assume her station is in the back with food. I will also say there were no paper towels to dry your hands (I used napkins after I left the restroom)so there is a chance she just washed her hands in the back. But again, can't take the risk..
