  My parents and I stopped for a late lunch on Tuesday, August 25. At least 50% of what we ordered were the wrong items or some items were missing, (we ordered corn dogs, but received chili cheese hot dogs and we were missing one drink). We notified the order taker on the order screen, who was unpleasant at best. It took forever to receive the missing drink, but NEVER received the corn dogs we paid for. Since corn dogs are less expensive than chili cheese dogs, we were overcharged. Try training your employees to have customer service skills.

  Good slushes. Food is between OK and awful. Service is typically poor. Shakes are good.

  The food is what you can expect from Sonic. The drinks are always great. The credit card readers don't work, at least in the 4 different tiny stalls I've been into so make sure you have cash. Assuming your screen works at all. You can barely squeeze a truck in. I had to fold my mirrors back just to get to the ordering screen. On top of that there was a guy with a leaf blower circling every vehicle so I had to yell into the intercom to place my order.
