Been placing orders here for 6 years today I get confirmation email says it is on its way never shows so I call and rep says we don’t deliver to your house which is 10 minutes away by the way. I said I’ve been ordering for 6 years you do deliver here and your tracking app said order was done and in its way 45 minutes ago. No call no hey by the way we can’t deliver. He say I didn’t cancel your order and hung up worst customer service ever!

I am BLOWN AWAY by my recent experience. I ordered 2 for $6.99 deal on my app that brings my total to $13.98 plus the tax of $1.15 for a total of $15.13. I used up $3 of my papa John’s cash that I earned by being a loyal customer. I mean it’s there even if I don’t need it why wouldn’t I use it?? When I go to pick up John the night manager on Monday 7/20/26 at 9:45pm told me the total was $15.13. I politely asked him to please te look at it as I used my $3 in papa cash. He seemed confused. So I went to my vehicle and showed him my app to prove I used my Papa Cash. Ok ready for this one????? He said he couldn’t honor it because it’s a 3rd party app!! I said “wait sir I’m a showing i used my papa cash. And then he said “he can’t see the amount” as if I work for Papa John’s or the app. I gave him $20 and told him to keep the change. Ya’ll just lost a faithful customer that orders weekly for $3. I will NEVER return. And contacting Papa John’s corporate in the am! All that for $3 you say? Yes absolutely because money comes and goes but being treated like an idiot and leaving the store feeling like I was asking for some type of favor is enough for me. ALL THIS MAN HAD TO DO WAS HIS JOB AND AT LEAST MAKE AN EFFORT TO BE A MANAGER! To the franchisee who continues to ignore these reviews you are joke my friend. You have no place in Business what so ever!!
