  I went here for a work lunch when I was visiting the Austin area office. My everyday office is in CT. This place revived me of the Five Guys chain with their look & feel. The burger was yummy. Their sauce on the burger was tasty. I opted for onion rings instead of fries and they were good, too. There was nothing over the top but the food & service were nice. I'd come back for lunch if I visit this area office again. You should grab lunch here if you work in the area. Their hand washing station was a trip. I've never seen anything like it up in the northeast. Check it out on your way out and leave with un-greasy fingers!

  Lisa provided absolutely wonderful service during my visit to Mighty Fine Burgers. She was friendly, patient, attentive, and genuinely made sure I had a great experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and it’s clear that she cares about providing quality customer service. Employees like Lisa make a big difference, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided!

  I came to the Hutto location because my two youngest daughters received vouchers from their school for a free Youngsters Meal. I also purchased my oldest daughter a 1/4-pound cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink. I have to admit, my eyebrows raised a bit when the total came to $15.66 for just a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, but I quickly disregarded it because I assumed the food would be decent based on the good reviews. However, from the moment we walked into the establishment, there was a strong mildew smell that immediately hit us in the face. It smelled like wet, mildewed carpet or as if the floors had been mopped with dirty water. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. All of my children’s fries were old and cold, with some being burnt and seemingly lacking any seasoning. My daughters did say they liked their burgers, but as a complete dining experience, this location needs improvement in both the restaurant environment and food quality. For the price I paid, my oldest daughter’s meal was simply not worth $15.66. Either the quality of the food and overall restaurant experience needs to improve, or the prices should be more reasonable.

  I went a couple of times a few months ago and it was delicious, but I went this week and the fries were awful! I had to throw them all away! They were cold, half-cooked, and old. I ordered some tenders for my son and the chicken was like chewing gum! Disgusting! I don't understand what happened; it used to be so good! I think the kitchen staff isn't doing something right or they don't like their jobs.

  I would like to start off by saying it is usually a decent enough experience coming here to get food. However, this time it was not. The CSR up front that took my order was very polite, thorough and helpful. I am sad to say that the lack of care and professionalism I could taste in the food I ordered was prominent. I had ordered a single smash burger with cheese, sauces, no tomato and added jalapeños. (Which are an extra charge on the burger.) I received a poor quality burger with an almost tasteless, room temperature patty, tomato still on the burger, and missing jalapeños which I paid extra for. I will not be returning my business or recommending this location to anyone for the foreseeable future.
