  It's been a while since I've eaten at a McDonald's and now I see why. $10 for a cheeseburger fry and drink... CRAZY! Then the fry is cold and half cooked and I can't believe how small the burgers are. Everything has doubled in price (literally) and gotten smaller in size and amount.

  Terrible Customer Service at this location I took my son to the McDonald’s today for a simple Happy Meal. We specifically ordered to eat inside at a table. After waiting, they left the bag sitting at the pickup area and never brought it to our table — even though it was a dine-in order with a young child. My son had to get up and bring his own cold Happy Meal back to the table. The fries and nuggets were already cold and soggy by the time he could eat. I asked to speak to the manager. The woman who came over was no help at all. She acted like just another employee, gave a bunch of excuses, and offered zero solutions or apology. I even asked for her name so I could include it, but she wouldn’t give it to me. This location has seriously gone downhill. Between the lack of basic table service for dine-in customers and the unhelpful “manager,” I won’t be coming back. Very disappointing experience for my son

  When I said I wasn't using the app, they ignored me at the drive through even with a line behind me. Then I tried to park to go in and 75% of parking was reserved for 1) phone orders, 2) drive hrive though waiting, and 3) delivery drivers.

  Ordered food due to a severe food allergy, double checked with employees that the order did not contain the food. Got home and what i asked to be removed multiple times was still there. Couldnt eat it and had to throw away. Dont eat here they dont listen and dont care. Also they disconnected their phone at this location so you cannot call them

  Horrible customer service. This location has always been bad for the community! Time to research contracts. When I asked for a refund after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru line for a couple burgers. The night manager which is a shorter Hispanic guy walked over with an attitude mumbling under his breath, asked for a receipt which I was never given one. He offers me $15 even after I told him I paid $10 and some change. I told him that is not the right amount, so he walks away. A couple minutes later a young female approaches me with a $20 dollar bill. Can't make this up, then another employee walked over, tried to be passive aggressive and ended up handing me $11. I recorded part of this experience and a couple other customers as well. In my conclusion, something shady is going on with the financial transactions at this location!
