Backstory: The shelfish they cook on the weekends, goes all through the store and parking lot so for people allergic its a no go. We have a big family so getting a large grocery order is really only doable on the weekends. We usually order a pickup so we can get out of there before they start the shellfish cooking. Today they started early, so Ethan at Curbside met my husband at the door so he could take our curbside order all the way to the back of the parking lot to not get the shelfish in the car hvac system. Thank you Ethan for going above and beyond!

I had a pick up order for Monday the 28th after work around 6/6:30. When I pulled up they were quite busy. But I couldn’t help but notice all the people assisting with Curbside that had on office clothing. Slacks, Collar Polos, Dress shoes. My son works for HEB and he happen to get my order and I asked him who those individuals were and he said they are the big bosses coming to help out since we are either really busy or short staffed. Stuff like that warms my heart. Not being to goood to get your hands dirty shall there ever be a time to do so. Jumping in to assist where needed. I love HEB. This made me so proud of my neighborhood HEB. Cuddos to great customer service and providing excellence is a timely manor.

Just watched the whole Pokemon card section get cleared out by the same people that always buy everything to resell because they're broke and can't get a job. The sign CLEARLY states 1 ITEM PER PERSON but the workers still allowed people to grab whatever they wanted (10+ items) and purchase. Are there rules or are there not rules? Do the signs not matter? Management, please respond for clear rules on Trading Cards

Does not evenly distribute Pokemon cards. Allows the same resellers to grab as much as possible even though the signs say 1 item per person. The workers are lazy and do not enforce their own rules to the benefit of the scumbag resellers. My kids had to watch grown men grab every single pack of Pokemon and they cried all the way home. Shame on these workers and shame on this company for not being fair.
