  When the manager on duty says this is the best we can do… Sir please get some training or retrain your team. This is not acceptable and I know I would not serve a dipped cone like this….

  I just visited here to pick up and order and I won't be back. Customer service was terrible...i asked them if they had the an order and they immediately said no without even looking. They said i had to place it there but it was already ordered online. I had to call the online platform it was ordered from and they told me to ask them again. So i asked the employees to please look for the order while I was on the phone with support. They actually looked this time and gave me the order. That took an extra 10 mins to leave with the order because they refused to look for it the 1st time. I won't be back and I won't refer anyone to this location. Very upsetting to be treated like that. I would hate to think it had to do with my race, but they looked at me and flat out told me they didnt have it without looking. Never will I be back. And also reporting this behavior to the online platform used for this order.

  People are amazing. The food is horrible. The burger meat itself tastes different. If you go to a place not owned by this guy. The burger tastes like old DQ. Also it’s really greasy. By the time you unwrap the sticky greasy wrapper. The bun is soaked. Sucks that dq is not the same. Must use the name DQ and find cheap was to make the food. Cheap meat. I like to know what meat that actually use and what percentage is beef. People are amazing and you can’t screw up ice cream. So I come back for ice cream maybe.

  Did the drive thru…person I was with wanted to try the new mint crunch in cookie dipped cone and I ordered the mint Oreo cookie blizzard . They had pictures on the display screen (see attached photos) and looked good so this is why we ordered it. Get to the drive thru window and the clerk hands me the cone and I asked her what is that? She says it’s the mint crunch cookie cone..I reluctantly took it from her and looked at it and handed to the person who wanted it and then she gave me the mint Oreo cookie blizzard. I asked her again, what is that? She tells me that is what I ordered, and I said these look nothing like what the picture out there on the menu looks like…it looks disgusting actually. And she replies back with strong conviction, “you can’t go by those pictures…they are highly digitized”. I just stared back at her for several seconds in silence and thought to myself, ok I’ll roll with that. The person who ate the cone said it was good, I took a few bites of the blizzard and threw it away. See attached pictures of what it was supposed to look like…not even close with the final product given to us. Looked like a science project actually
