- MRMrs. Realistic4 days ago2.0My husband picked up some food after we looked online at the menu and I decided on the steak bowl. The flavor of everything was good but EVERY piece of steak except maybe 3 or 4 was pure grissle and not chewable. I don't usually leave reviews but this meat wasn't edible. Either Chipotle is purposely buying the worst cuts to save money, or this was a one off and I just happened to catch them on a bad night. I hope it was the latter considering this is a huge, popular chain that can afford to buy good meat.

The burritos are well below the standard size at other Chipotle stores in the area. For $10+ per person this is beyond disrespectful to consumers to sell low quality food at this kind of price.

No matter how you order (in person vs online) the portion size to the cost is atrocious. The employees are kind and that’s about it. And the parking is atrocious but that’s not really relevant to the food. It’s just an extra annoyance on top of wasting my money.

Me and my wife walked in and the lady making our food just did not want to be there, half spoon of rice, half spoon of chicken, etc.Asked for extra protein, “it’s going to be extra!” Spilling food over the counter, I then said I didn’t want my food she rolled her eyes and threw it away. I asked for a manager and then the same lady that was making my food had the audacity to attempt to argue with me, poor customer service and no solution whatsoever. The one star is because it won’t let me leave 0 .
