  Been going to this store for years. Always had a lovely experience. This last time Sarah and Sharon P were amazing and took great care of me and my family. Sharon found me what I needed and Sarah helped me check out and get the coupons clipped when I can never figure out the app. Randy is our normal checker and always amazing when he’s there. Can’t go wrong with people who treat you well! I will say Tom Thumb has become more complicated but still I love the people who work there. There’s a guy as customer service that is always happy to help. I think his name is Luke or Nathan.

  My first time using their online shopping was a bit of a challenge due to glitches in orders for my grandson’s 3rd birthday. HOWEVER…. The EXCEPTIONAL staff brought my rating to 5 for their relentless actions to rectify my order and ensure my requests were honored. I want to shout out a few of these individuals who are a definite asset to your establishment Bakery- Molly, Tammy & Emily Grab N Go - Debra Floral - Monica Their efforts were well worth going back again Thanks to you ALL!!

  The store was very clean and well stocked. Customer service was outstanding. Both Sharon Pulley and Tyler (behind the meat counter) went out of their way to help me locate certain items. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

  I live near this Tom Thumb and shop there regularly. Overall, I enjoy shopping at the store, especially when there are meat specials. However, I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the meat department. Unfortunately, the butcher's customer service has consistently been disappointing. He often appears unhappy, rarely smiles, and sometimes comes across as rude or as if customers are bothering him. This isn't based on just one visit—I've experienced this on several occasions. A few days ago, I went to purchase the flash-sale chicken breasts. I felt like my request was an inconvenience to him. There have also been times when I needed assistance at the meat counter and had to wait quite a while before anyone came to help. During that same visit, I wanted to buy two packages of beef chuck roast that were on sale. Only a few packages were available, and they had a lot of fat. I politely asked if there were more packages in the back so I could compare and choose the ones I preferred. Instead of checking, he simply replied that the ones in the back looked the same, turned around, and walked away. I wish the meat department would provide a better shopping experience. For example, the Kroger nearby does an excellent job during meat sales by stocking a wide variety of packages—large, small, leaner, and more marbled—so customers can choose what best fits their needs. That level of customer service and product selection makes shopping much more enjoyable. Shopping in the Tom Thumb meat department often feels frustrating, and I find myself avoiding it because getting assistance can feel like pulling teeth. I'm glad that H-E-B has opened nearby. Their meat department offers an excellent selection, and the employees are helpful and welcoming. I only wish it were a little closer to my home. On days when Kroger doesn't have meat sales, I'll likely make the extra drive to H-E-B because the overall shopping experience is much more pleasant. I hope you'll take this feedback as constructive. I enjoy shopping at Tom Thumb and would love to continue doing so, but I believe the customer service in the meat department could be greatly improved.
