  Their is this women here named adree I dnt kno if she gave me a fake name but I came at 11:42 August 11.. Tuesday.. I asked for a extra large drink but I didn’t kno the name was root 44 or something an she ignored my order u can tell she was pissed because I didn’t kno the name… every time I come here she’s mad.

  This is not my first awful experience at this location, but today was by far one of the most surprising. I placed an order through the app for two food items and a slush. When the female manager brought my food out, she explained that the slush machine was broken and offered to substitute another drink. I politely declined and simply asked for a refund for the slush. She told me she couldn't do that and would have to refund the entire order instead. She then suggested I could just sit and wait for the slush machine to be fixed, which was not a reasonable solution at all. The General Manager then came out, and instead of trying to resolve the situation, also failed to offer any reasonable solution. Their attitude and lack of professionalism were honestly shocking. After sitting there for nearly **20 minutes** waiting for someone to help, I finally left without any food, which I'm sure was thrown away. I've worked in the service industry for over 30 years, including at Sonic, and I cannot imagine treating a customer this way. There were multiple opportunities to make this right, and instead I was left with no product, no solution, and a complete waste of my time. I will never return to this location. It's disappointing that this is how customer service is handled here.

  Yikes. Burger wasnt great and tea tasted weeks old and that was unsweet tea. Work near here but never going back to this location. Lady that took my order sounded pissed I dared show up and the building is falling apart. Scrape and restart this place.

  They do not open at 7 am - it's 10 minutes before 8 am and they are closed

  Came here around 10:30am, but no one answered the button to take my order. I ended up leaving after waiting about 10 minutes with no response.
