  Ordered the foot long meal this afternoon. I asked for mustard and onion, didn't get it. Asked TWICE for tots, got overcooked fries. The car hop that brought my food out was cranky and dirty appearance. When I asked if there was ketchup in the bag she said "If you ASK for it" and walked off. I waited a couple more minutes to see if she'd bring some, she didn't. Poor service and quality all the way around.

  Manager would not blend my float even though I've been going to sonic for over 30 years and never have I been told they don't do that. When I kindly explained that to the "manager" his response was rules change. Terrible customer service! No wonder they have a 3.7 rating. Do better Sonic.

  Server had a terrible mopey attitude. Took 15 minutes to get the food with 3 cars in the stalls. And after the long wait, the tots felt like they were warmed in the microwave, the burger meat tasted like dog food.
