  Slowest service at any sonic I’ve ever been too. Same person past 10pm and she makes you feel Iike you’re doing something wrong for giving your business to them. Ridiculous.. that’s the new standard though I guess

  I waited for 6:11 to 6:28 also I had to call the store and then to get hung up on. My daughter even heard the whole call I wasn't upset but after being hung up on yeah its upsetting I won't come back here and it wasn't even busy with customers! Such bad service! Didn't get napkins either she told me that I parked in the wrong spot but even if I did if I wanted to order more stuff through the app its ok to still park here! Yeah I would love to talk to the manager or GM that was crazy

  Everything was good except the app. It has always sucked. And now since we have to use the app to get the happy hour discount prices - I just quit going as much. BTW it's not just this one location, its at least metroplex wide and I am not the only person who thinks this. Js have a good day

  First time eating at this location and the last.. Almost choked on a piece of plastic that was on my smash burger.. I called the store spoke with a lady name Megan and was told couldn't be.. but offered a free cheeseburger.. wth! No ma'am, will stop by in the AM.
