The French onion soup was literally the best soup I’ve ever had in my life, and overall the best meal I’ve had in a while. Our server Roseanna was so sweet and she put a candle in my moms cheesecake for her birthday

Tough times I suppose. I had to get up after ten mins and ask if anyone knew we were here. The appetizer was adequate and id complain but its been a few years since I've been here and shrinkflation has clearly come to call. But the steaks were... dreadful. Burnt and without taste, bout 30 to 40 percent gristle. The salad was the kicker. I asked for two side salads in one bowl as my sides. I got a bowl of nasty brown lettuce covered in ranch with almost nothing else. Used to love this place, sadly this was our last visit. I felt robbed after dropping 100 bucks. The young lady who waited on us was nice.

I had to delete my review to respond to an answered review from management at Outback. They said and I quote. We are sorry that your experience wasn't up to par, but go to Outback.com to give feedback. I tried to give my feedback. They want me to talk to a computer. You would think that management or general managers would want to find some way to fix my concern. I did express that my $40 filet had no taste at all. Temperature, it was spot on . It was a expensive piece of meat that was just grilled with no flavor. This had happened a few times. When I go to Texas Roadhouse, the steaks there are WOW !!!! Amazing. If you had ever experienced what I had experienced at Outback, let them know. My bill with my wife and I was $110 at Outback and $70 at Texas Roadhouse. I would love to set an appointment to meet with your restaurant manager or general manager. I am not looking for a free meal. Feedback is good from your customers. I know now that if you want a good steak with good flavoring, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go and is budget friendly. My other food that I got from Outback was amazing. The potato soup was good and my chop salad ( with pecans and blue cheese ) was amazing. I hope to hear back from Outback and not have to speak thru emails.

The waiter was drenched in cologne and aftershave. I don't mean spritzed, i don't mean showered, i mean drenched. Soaked so heavily that all i could taste, all i could breath, all i could experience was the taste of his cologne and aftershave. I couldn't enjoy the food, i couldn't enjoy anything with my eyes watering, my tongue burning, and my senses being completely assaulted against my will. I've had a raging migraine that has not slowed down since eating here yesterday. I'll never eat another bloomin onion or burger here again, not worth it, even though the chef was able to get medium rare right ( which is the only reason the food gets 2 stars ).
