    I was in Dallas/Ft Worth for 10 days for a work trip. I was doing residential inspections so I was all over and ate at quite a few places over the course of my trip. I found this place on my very last day and I have to say that this was the best burger I have had in months. Maybe even years. Naturally, I got the Jimmy Burger because I am a Jimmy. It was really good! I love that it has crispy onions and then they have their own special sauce they put on it. But the hamburger patties themselves were amazing. I talked to (who I found out was) the owner for a while and he said that they get their beef from a ranch nearby. They don't advertise it because they may not always be able to get beef from the same supplier but they really try to get local ingredients as much as possible. And technically I would say it's a smashburger but it's not quite as thin as a smashburger and definitely not as dried out. It was crispy around the edges but still juicy and had really good flavor. The fries were also really good. They are the kind that are a little thinner and have a crispy breading on the outside. I really like the design of the inside of the restaurant. The ceiling tiles are cool. Turns out that it was a real family project with the owner and his father doing a lot of the work themselves. I have a feeling that the next time I'm in Texas they will have several locations because the restaurant is well designed, they really care about the food, and there were enough unique things on the menu that would make me want to come again. Like they have a whole cream cheese lovers menu of pizza! Very interesting. I would definitely recommend this place. And I look forward to coming back as soon as possible.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but since this place doesn't have many yet, I wanted to share my experience. The customer service here was amazing. The guy at the window was awesome, super communicative, and made sure our entire order was completely right. The shakes are bomb, and the burgers are for the most part better than normal fast food places. The buffalo chicken pizza was an absolute miss for us, though. Neither my girlfriend nor I could even finish a single slice. Using a cream cheese sauce for a pizza base just isn't it, especially with barely any buffalo sauce to balance it out. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is solid and the hospitality is great, but the prices don't fully match the taste. Good spot for shakes and burgers, but I'd definitely pass on that pizza. Edit: they refunded me the pizza. Isiah was a great help (the man in the window). Will definitely be eating here more.

    This is a very unassuming restaurant. It doesn’t have a strong atmosphere, but what it lacks in that, it has the 2 most important ingredients for a great place to eat in my opinion, delicious food and a terrific staff. This is a newly opened restaurant in Colleyville on HWY 26, Grapevine Hwy. I just took a stab at stopping in today with low expectations, but was I ever surprised. I ordered the American burger combo. The French fries were the best I can remember having anywhere and the burger was delicious with wonderfully fresh veggies. To top it off, the staff went out of their way to take care of me, including picking up my tray from the table after I was finished eating. I cannot recommend Jimmy’s any more highly and I hope that if you give it a try, you will find it as one of the best dining experiences for burgers that you’ve had.

    Jimmy’s Burger & Pizza This was my first visit to Jimmy’s, and it will not be my last! I ordered the #1 combo. It’s a Jimmy Burger that comes with two patties, smash burger style, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, fried onions, and Jimmy’s sauce. I added jalapeños. With it being a combo, it came with French fries and a medium drink. The burger combos are mediums with an option to upgrade to a large combo for only $1.49. I think the prices were very reasonable. Now for the important stuff! The food was absolutely delicious to me. Everything was fresh, hot, and very flavorful. The two beef patties had a wonderful sear/crust on them!! They also had a great beef taste. Fries were very crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The staff was very friendly. They offer booth and table seating. There is a self service drink fountain and tea. They have a pretty extensive menu, so I will be coming back to try the pizza and the wings. If the burger is any indication, I will not be disappointed!

    Super suprised! This place was AWESOME!!!! Staff was waaayyy beyond expectations for a burger joint, hell anywhere nowadays cashier girl was SUPER friendly, and a cook even came up front to hyping up and offering me samples of all the sauces (highly recommend the spicy peach🫨 and also the gauchaung or however thats spelled). We got the onion burger, the big tex, and the perfect burger. They were all probably about the BEST SMASHBURGERS I'VE EVER HAD, and I have had more than my share of burgers. Couldn't really choose between the onion one and the perfect one they were both pretty perfect. Everything is fried in beef tallow🫨🤩(unless maybe you ask for it otherwise? Since they do have veg options) soooo delicious, really makes a difference in flavor from your usual veg and seed oils!!!! Like seriously... GOOD FREAKIN JOB GUYS! I live like 30-45 min away from this place and just happened to be around here but I will now be going out of my way to grab a bite here once in awhile. Wish one was closer, but probably no way it'd be as good and wish such great staff... seriously WAY TO GO! Made me and my daughter's day! And also my gluten free mother who usually hate gluten free buns ... but enjoyed yours, I tried it and barely noticed a difference between it and my regular bun. Wish we had pictures but it was to good and we devoured it all before I thought to leave a review, but couldn't not, just too damn good!
