- MHmelva habsheySep 27, 20262.0When Jimmy's first open, burgers were great. Last two times we have been there the burgers and onion rings were luke warm. Today we did drive through and I repeated twice no mayo or ketchup. I wanted mustard, lettuce tomato pickles onions. When I get home and look at burger, it has mayo! And we live less than a mile and our burgers were barely warm. I am very sad.
- MBMike BernasSep 21, 20265.0We ordered a pizza and dined in the restaurant. The ordering was easy and efficient and the pizza was great. It arrived fairly quickly and was piping hot. Drinks had free refills and a to go cup which was a bonus for a little extra. While we were there, we could see lots of pickup orders as well as door dash (or similar). Staff were very friendly. Did not try any burgers.
- ABadrien barcenasSep 18, 20265.0Don't know what I was thinking ordering wings. I was craving a burger before I walked in at Jimmy's burgers. Absolutely insanely mind blowing service and even more pleasant the ambiance. All sound good place to eat . Homemade ranch. Crispy shoestring like french fries, to die for . Will be coming back soon .! please give it a try. it was amaaaaaazing to say the upmost least .
- THTammy HSep 16, 20263.0Called it in ahead of time so I didn't have to wait. They texted me a time to pick it up. I was there 2 minutes after pick up time and went through the drive through. They directed me to park in a space out front and said they'd have it right out. Ten minutes later, I called them on my phone and told them I had just gone through the drive thru and was still waiting on my pizza. He said, what was the name? About 1 minute later a guy brought it out, never apologized, just said, "enjoy" with the enthusiasm and life of a dead flashlight battery. Pizza was good but service suicide and they weren't even busy.
- DEDolores EstradaSep 13, 20263.0Was excited to try this place since every time I've passed by it's got a good crowd. The burgers were OK, except my husband and I asked for no onions and we still got onions on our burgers. We also asked for seasoned fries and we didn't receive them. It wasn't packed the day we went, so not sure why they messed up our order. The fries did seem like regular frozen fries, nothing special. Customer service was OK, nothing special. If anything they seemed bothered when we walked in and they had to get up from their booth to take our order.
