    I did a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 9:13 am, so I was expecting to be ready around that time but they just started making my order when I got there around 9:20am. Also, there were 3 to 4 workers there and some cars in the drive thru but none at the window. On top of this one of my coffees we’re not made the right way. Unfortunately due to the late retrieval of the drinks I was running late and could not ask them to fix it. My white chocolate banana latte tasted like a regular latte with no flavor. Disappointed customer

    Shot out to Carly for the win and dope customer service. Even though it was a busy Monday morning and the technology wanted to make ordering more difficult than usual, she powered through the challenge while still being personable and made sure my order was right. Thank You!

    Drinks are very inconsistent. The portion of soft top they add is never enough. I’m paying $1 for soft top that only goes to the first line under the lid, so maybe 1/4-1/2 inch of soft top even when I ask for extra which is an additional cost. I’ve asked the baristas if this is extra and they said that flavored soft tops stick to the cup they’re made in so that’s why there’s not enough in my drink. Maybe make extra if this is an ongoing issue????? There’s no point in paying for extra soft top if they’re going to give me the same amount regardless of the fact that I made more. They also never whip the soft top enough compared to the Euless location. This location is terrible in comparison to the one on Euless Main which sucks because I live so much closer to this one. Also don’t get me started on the unreasonably long wait times. I’ve spent 40 minutes in line one time when there were only 4 cars in front of me. And a loooong line behind me. This wasn’t even during a merch drop The amount of plastic they go through is also incredibly wasteful
