Protein bowl with all the lettuce in the world, and this burrito that made me question if they were always this small. All other chipotles are great but I will be avoiding this specific location from now on. Also chicken was burnt on the protein bowl.

One employee claimed it was a charge for beans, while another stated it was for "creamy cheese" (queso blanco), despite the fact that I had not ordered premium add-ons that should warrant the fee. The lack of pricing transparency is disappointing. I strongly recommend that management or corporate send a mystery shopper to this location to verify billing practices and ensure staff are correctly ringing up orders. Until then, please verify your total before paying.

(the manager said he's the only Tyler here) I had to get the guy's name that helped me today because he consistently is kind, friendly, and overall excellent at what he does. I've had issues in the past here with less than kind people, but this guy puts this location back at being our favorite in the area. Also, they are great at the lime salt and never seem to be out of things. Thank you!
