  Caroline was awful. Walked away and ignored me until I got the other lady to help. Wish I knew her name but she didnt have a name tag on and she was the cook

  I went in yesterday to this location & horribly rude customer service Majestic was very rude she’s always shouting at her employees almost as if they are slaves to her .. i asked her what’s good on the menu she then replies “ You’d have to see for yourself the menu is above me you can read it and let me know”… nobody should ever have to come to this location and feel this way smh i’m for sure going above for this because this is no good customer service and she’s manager ?? charley’s do better ..

  carolina and erika are the bestttt, always very kind greet everyone with a smile they definitely make this place feel very welcomed i love it !!

  WHAT DID I PAY FOR??? Im sorry, usually when I have gone to any Charleys , I have always had a good experience- maybe because this was in a Walmart? but these people did not know how to make a cheesesteak! (Cheese just laid on top the meat that looked like steak-um meat), Cheez-whiz that I should not have had on it tasted weird besides the fact I was overcharged for just the Sandwich that they gave me - the price of a Combo meal @ $13.99. What!??? Just messed up

  Ordered the b1g1 free California chicken and there was literally barely any chicken on it. The bread seems to have been toasted too long. The cheese sticks were good but I wouldn't say I will be back. Basically divided the meat of one sandwich on 2.
