    Even with a line (orders before and after me) I was served within ~5 minutes. The turkey was juicy and perfectly cooked, and there was plenty of toppings on my potato just for $8 total. I love HEB!!

    This was a great spot to stop by for a day trip to Huntsville. Food was bomb! Very tasty. Very friendly and attentive staff 10 out of 10 if I could.

    We had True Texas BBQ cater our Mother’s Day gathering and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with everyone in the family. The brisket was tender, the sides were delicious, and everything was packaged and prepared so well for catering. It made hosting so much easier and let us actually relax and enjoy time together. Several family members kept going back for seconds — which says a lot! We’ll definitely be using True Texas BBQ again for future family events. Highly recommend!

    Not sure if I’ll ever return to this location. Everything we tried to order was out of stock, didn’t have pulled pork, Mac & cheese, nothing on the menu, had to change the entire order. Staff were definitely upset or irritated that we were there during open hours. The chopped brisket was actually pretty good with the turkey breast, my son could actually eat the food, just upset at the service received, so we’ll try another location if there’s one.
