  Would leave zero stars if I could. I went in the drive through and then realized I couldn't decide what I wanted so I went to a stall instead and then they told me rudely to go to the drive through when I had literally told them I was going to a stall to order. I ended up going somewhere else. They don't know how to use their ears or brains and refuse to use common sense. There is absolute zero customer service skills and are very rude. I recommend going somewhere else.

  I always have issues at this place. Despite ordering slush with extra fruit, what I ended up receiving was little more than unflavored shaved ice. They were polite when I pointed this out and made me another one which was done correctly but this is not the first time I've had this kind of experience at this location.

  Extremely rude PM "manager" whom I didn't ask for / announce she was the manager and proceeded to gaslight me over missing piece of bacon, when i had an issue with my order. Completely unprofessional, rude slamming the service window on me multiple times and just so rude and aggressive I couldn't help but feel prejudiced by this woman over a single piece of bacon. Unbelievable
