  I went to McDonalds today (04/14/2026) after class and got the absolute nicest employee I have ever met. Her name tag read Michelle and it stated that she was a manager. Whatever she is being paid, GIVE HER MORE! She’s so sweet and so helpful.

  The most dead McDonald’s location ever, used to work at one and it was never this depressing. Food comes out cold, service is terrible, and god forbid i order online because they always miss something. For a bunch of college students working at à location they clearly struggle to read the screen that shows what goes in an order.

  There wasn't anyone at the registers, so customers were forced to use the ordering kiosks. I had no trouble but I can certainly comprehend how alot of folks would/will have issues placing their order on the kiosk. The young man that brought me my order was attentive, but it took 19 minutes to get my order- I timed from the time i placed the order until I heard my order number called. I noticed. 3 people who had been waiting for their food still waiting after I received my order. The tables were messy, needing attention. When I used the restroom an employee I had seen behind the counter- was in the bathroom having a loud argument on her cell phone. It was uncomfortable. My food was delicious though and my order was correct.
