  First time visiting this location and it will be my last. When you think of Jimmy John's you think of great sandwiches and fast service; neither of which correlate to this location. Both of the sandwiches were made with dry and tough bread. Either the bread was old or this location doesn't have a clue how to make it. Service was slow. Two attendants for five people in line and three at the tables during my visit. Parking is cramped. Easy to pull in but awkward to get out. The drive thru is a bit awkward as well. Since this seems to be the only JJ's in Huntsville, I'll have to forego them. I have been trying to find them for some time and this was NOT worth the wait.

  Pathetic, I spent $11 on a combo and maybe got the same amount of tuna that a slim gets! It didn't even go to the end of the sandwich, I had to thin it out even more! I want to know if the person who made this would be happy if they got this sandwich! Doubt it!

  Don’t go for dine in! Big dude fixing sandwiches is RUDE!!! If “you’re not ordering $3,000 In sandwiches” to go order then you aren’t worth his time!! I love Jimmy John’s but not this location!!

  Always quick service at a good price. Delicious food. I'd love to give 5 stars, but like other people have mentioned, I sometimes get denied delivery. Being told repeatedly that you do not cross 45.. I'm not past 45 lol. I'm 1.3 miles from your store location. Maybe staff just didn't understand? whatever the case.. still great!

  A while back, I was able to get my order delivered to my home which is in the city limits and about a mile North of 11th street in town. However, as of tonight, apparently they no longer deliver past Crosstimbers st. which is merely a few blocks over. Very frustrated by this sudden change in protocol...
